No gps positioning, no proper time estimates. Cancelled booking after 35 minute wait (promised 15 mins).
I just wanna see a 5 star app in my life time so yeah
i wouldnt bother. downloaded the app. booked a taxi at 16.55pm for a 19.00pm pick up. at 18.50 the app pinged to say it had been cancelled. called and apparently they cancelled it. when asked why they said it only came thru 5 minutes before pick up and they didnt have a spare taxi. what kind of company is this? avoid at all costs.
Doesn't let me add a card
Won't work. Just says cannot connect to server. Has said this for over 24 hours.
Will not except card details also does not recognise my address even though I live in the city
